Planning excel avec fonction SI plusieurs critères et plusieurs feuilles impliquées

Je construis un planning sur Excel, j'aimerais savoir comment réduire une formule pour éviter d'atteindre la limite des occurrences. (Je dois rajouter une personne et j'atteins déjà la limite des occurrences....)

Il faut savoir que le planning est sur plusieurs feuilles qui s'incrémentent entre elles.

Il me semble qu'il serait préférable de faire une table de correspondance et de faire une recherche sur cette table, par contre je ne comprends pas pourquoi tu fais référence à plusieurs cellules.
Peux-tu joindre un extrait de fichier?
